Undergraduate Research Assistants
We often have openings (volunteer and directed research) for new research assistants throughout the year. RAs can gain valuable hands-on experience in biological-health psychology, and engage in a variety of activities such as assisting with recruitment efforts (screening and scheduling participants); data coding, monitoring, entry, and analysis; working with biospecimens; preparing participant materials; and attending lab and professional development meetings with the research team.
We are currently full for Spring 2025. Check back for upcoming opportunities for next semester.

Post-Docs
I will consider advanced graduate students who are looking for post-doctoral training in biological-health psychology. Contact Dr. Reed for more information about post-doc opportunities in the lab. Dr. Reed is also training faculty on Pitt’s T32 Cardiovascular Behavioral Medicine Research Training Program.
The PNI Research Lab welcomes trainees of all backgrounds and does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability.
