Facilities

Dr. Reed has a BSL2 wetlab in Sennott Square in the Department of Psychology. The main room of the wetlab contains space for venipuncture, benches for aliquoting and processing saliva and blood samples, a refrigerated Beckman Coulter centrifuge, and -20 Celsius freezer and refrigerator. A separate freezer room contains a Stirling Ultra-low freezer, uninterruptable power source backups and alarm system, and a liquid nitrogen dewar.
